I made foods for Kira and me that would last us a week. It was Patty that was made from chicken and tofu. So, if we're hungry, we can just reheat them😁
Beside that, I also made Danmuji (we cut danmuji match stick style for ease). Danmuji is our staple side dish, so we make it every week💛 We chose this food because it's simple, easy to make, and can be stored for long time👍
Recently I also learned how to make salsa, since Kira needs to consume a lot of tomatoes for her recovery 🍅 😊
Next week I'll try to make pickled bok choy 🤗
